Contract Manager / Commercial Manager for Public Procurement (m/f/d)

As a Commercial Contract Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the commercial processing of national and international tenders and supply requests as well as the commercial processing of ongoing projects with customers in Germany and abroad. You process and independently answer the commercial part of the offer creation incl. Development of complex terms and conditions of supply and contract as well as creation of the offer calculation. Within the negotiation team, you take responsibility for the negotiation of commercial content. You develop their own solutions for order production. In the process of the contract, you are responsible for compliance with the contract-compliant project execution and take over the processing of external and internal commercial matters. The independent development and negotiation of complex commercial matters is also yours.

Higher education in the field of business management, economic engineering or comparable as well as many years of relevant professional experience. Long-term experience from national/international negotiations. Insufficient commercial and legal understanding. Knowledge of the regulations of the award – and pricing law. Ability to develop complex commercial situations independently responsible and make decisions. Embossed analytical skills. Sovereign handling with various kfm. IT applications (Office to SAP). Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
