You tax external service partners of our client in facility management and take over the contract and cost management as well as the collection of offers and necessary evidence. You ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. In maintenance management, you coordinate the timely execution of maintenance for the buildings of our clientele in close cooperation with our locations. Through a complete documentation in maintenance and fault management, you support our customers in fulfilling their requirements. With evaluations and reports, you create transparency in the maintenance and fault management of our clientele.

You have a completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a merchant / businesswoman for office management (m/w/d) or industrial businessman / - frau (m/w/d) and have the ability to commercially support our team in facility management. In the daily business, you convince by your safe appearance and your noticeable service and service orientation. A careful and structured way of working distinguishes you and you bring the motivation to develop yourself in facility management. Ideally, you have a passenger car license (min. class B).
