Generally responsible management and control of complex, technical projects as well as professional management of the project team Integrated analysis and evaluation of technical, operational and economic requirements for secure network infrastructures, network-related services and unified communications & collaboration in contracting authorities Development of viable, manufacturer-independent solutions and architecture concepts for secure communication infrastructures Conception and evaluation of network architectures, addressing and routing concepts, migration and modernization strategies taking into account security, availability and compliance requirements Professional management and quality assurance in procurement, procurement and migration processes in the context of complex IT and network infrastructure projects Preparation, implementation and moderation of technical workshops, decision-making and voting appointments with customers and project partners Active participation in customer acquisition, offering and strategic development of the Networks business area and secure communication at IABG Technical contact and mentor for junior staff as well as knowledge and experience providers within the team

Complete study of computer science, IT security, information security, telecommunications, electrical engineering, communications technology or business management with a strong technical focus – or a comparable qualification Long-term professional and project experience in senior or responsible function, ideally in the environment of secure network infrastructures or IT-related consulting projects In-depth expertise in at least several of the following areas: secure network architectures and infrastructures, transmission technologies, communication protocols, unified communications & collaboration, cloud environments or Internet of Things (IoT) Understanding current market, technology and security developments, in particular in the context of contractors and critical infrastructures Experience in implementing challenging consulting projects including customer management German and good knowledge of English Ready for occasional business trips within the framework of projects, workshops and customer meetings
