In order to fulfill our mission, we are looking for a:n Technical Property Manager (m/w/d) with entrepreneurial spirit, passion and result orientation for our real estate sector at the earliest possible time. You are the first contact person:in the case of landlords, service providers and warehouse managers and soar portfolio-wide for a smooth operation in the technical property management. You take on the technical support of the real estate portfolio autonomously and completely You ensure the performance of the necessary maintenance and testing (depreciation, negotiation, award) and take over the master data maintenance As part of the Technical Property Management, you take over budget planning and controlling You continuously opt for the technical and commercial parameters of the real estate portfolio in this context – from post-contract negotiations to the installation of energy-saving technology You take the responsibility and control of construction projects in terms of costs, qualities and dates. In the case of warehousing, you recognise risks, repair requirements and potential for improvement

You have successfully completed a training with a technical focus, if necessary a further training to the technician/master or a study in facility management/engineering or are in possession of comparable qualifications You have several years of experience in the field of operational and administrative management of commercial property You understand technical, structural and economic relationships across the company Good and service-oriented communication skills make you A structured way of working, self-initiative and a high degree of self-responsibility are of course for you You are safe in handling the MS Office package You are reliable and are a team player You bring a certain degree of flexibility, are ready to travel and possess a class B driving licence
