Become a “Dolmetscher” between Regulatorik and IT
The regulatory requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) have been a reality since January 2025. In order not only to be ''compliant'' but to live real digital resilience, we build a dedicated 1.5 line of defense.
In this position you are neither the purely operative “risk owners” (1st line) nor the abstract “controller” (2nd line). You fill the key interface: As a translator, mediator and expert, you close the gap between theoretical requirements and practical implementation in our IT landscape.
This will be your tasks
You define the overarching requirements of the 2nd line of defense (e.g. information security & risk management) and create understandable implementation instructions for the operational IT areas. Furthermore, you control the relevant controls in the DORA context and make sure that the mapping of regulatory requirements on our applications and technologies is complete. You accompany the IT specialist areas in the implementation of regulatory requirements and bring your technical understanding into solution-finding. The further development and automation of documentation and detection processes are actively driving forward and strengthens our auditability. Through your interface work, you promote transparency, reduce silo thinking and establish a common understanding of risks and controls.
That's what you bring
Complete study of computer science, business informatics, IT security, BWL, law or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the IT environment ideally with reference to information security, IT risk management or regulatory requirements Understanding technical relationships in IT operation and application development Experience in dealing with regulatory frameworks such as DORA, BAIT, VAIT or similar requirements Ability to analyze complex requirements in a structured manner and translate them into feasible measures Impressed communication strength as well as ability to communicate between discipline, IT and governance functions Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Safe occurrence and enforcement in a challenging stakeholder environment Motivation to actively shape a new function and build sustainable governance structures
We offer you
Flexible working hours and active work-life balance Time recording and the possibility to convert pay into leisure time Free lunch in our own restaurant and coffee lounges Mobile work up to 60% Childcare Innovative health management Various sports offers Various training options Operational pension provision and attractive special payments JobTicket & JobRad Free parking
Why We Need You
With this new location, we reduce the complexity for our IT areas. We make sure that we are not only safe on paper, but really act resiliently in a serious case. Want to build the bridge? We look forward to your application! !
