Monthly financial statements: You support your team in IT monthly financial statements, for example in the case of delimitations, votes and plausibility checks. IT cost reports: You create and analyze IT cost reports as well as relevant key figures. Budget planning: You contribute to budget planning, forecasts and budget controls and help prepare audits. Auditing: If required, check and review IT invoices and agree with the accounting, purchasing and controlling departments. IT device management: You maintain and analyze IT device management (inventory, cost centers, user assignment).

You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification. You bring first practical experience in controlling, finance or IT-related environments. You have a good understanding of IT costs, IT services and economic relationships. You can safely handle MS Excel; first experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) is a plus. You work structured, analytically and are a team player.
