♪ Your future task area – Focus on e-mobility & modern technology

In addition to classic car repair (mechanics/electrics), we offer a wide range of works on modern electric vehicles from BYD:- Maintenance and repair of high-voltage systems: diagnosis and repair of battery management and high-voltage systems while maintaining all safety requirements.

• E-drive & electrical components: service and exchange of electric motor components, maintenance of power electronics and inverters.
• diagnostic work & Troubleshooting: structured approach to complex electronics and software problems.
• Battery checks and calibration: testing of cell states, balance methods, software updates and calibration of the battery modules.
• Regenerative braking systems: diagnosis, maintenance and repair of e-typical braking systems (recoupling technology).
• Vehicle diagnosis & Software updates: Use of modern diagnostic software
• Networked systems Infotainment: troubleshooting in on-board network, car connectivity, ADAS sensors and calibration on electric vehicles.
• Used vehicle checks: inspection and evaluation of used e-vehicles before and after sale.
• HU/AU: preparation for testing, especially for HV vehicles.
• Air conditioning maintenance: incl. high-voltage cooling circuits, check/adjust coolant circuit.

Your profile

• Completed training as a KFZ mechatronic or comparable.
• HV Certification: Minimum HV2
• Affinity for electrical engineering and modern vehicle technology: They are passionate about e-mobility, electronics and software.
• First experiences or high learning readiness in high-voltage technology are of advantage. We offer structured e-mobility trainings and security instruction.
• Safe handling of diagnostic systems, interest in connected systems and software updates.
• Self-employed, careful and structured work – indispensable in the handling of high-voltage systems.
• Team player with a high level of customer orientation: They communicate easily with customers and colleagues, especially when it comes to new technologies.
• Willingness to constantly develop and learn new things: e-mobility is dynamic, together we master new challenges.
• Class B license.
