As a working student (d/m/w/x), you actively support our Scrum Master and Product Owner in the agile day business. You take on the professional preparation and follow-up of workshops, retrospectives and meetings and ensure the smooth organisation of multi-team events and formats. In addition, you provide valuable support in project management and take over the implementation of smaller subprojects independently. With your creative feel, you create attractive presentations and create interactive marble boards. Your operational support for leadership and the entire team is crucial for an efficient working day.

How do you fit into our team? You are an immatricated student (d/m/w/x) of the business economy, human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable degree program. With great interest in agile work and project management methods, you will ideally bring first touch points with agile frameworks. Your pleasure in organization, communication and collaboration with different stakeholders is yours and you feel comfortable in a team-wide environment. A structured, reliable and independent way of working as well as very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing perfectly complete your profile.
