Together with our customers and in cooperation with your colleagues from the Application Management Team Stable business-critical applications, develop them further, analyze and solve complex disturbances and migrate applications to the cloud. Aim high.

Together with your team, you are responsible for the stable operation of various web and portal applications of several customers As a technical contact person, you solve incidents and service requests holistically – from Java code to Middleware to infrastructure – and coordinate the interfaces involved You operate and optimize Java applications in modern and classic runtime environments and perform deployments and troubleshooting You develop CI/CD pipelines, container images and helmet charts and provide infrastructure as code You develop observability and automation and improve availability, performance and reliability You develop cloud and software architectures and implement migrations in cloud environments In complex challenges, you work closely with your team and actively share your knowledge

Multiannual experience in application management, DevOps, software development or technical consulting – ideally with responsibility for productive applications Very good Java skills and the ability to securely read, analyze and change existing code. Experiences with portal platforms such as Liferay DXP or low-code platforms such as Pega are of advantage Knowledge of modern and classic Java runtime environments as well as Linux, Webserver and relational databases Knowledge of modern cloud, infrastructure and software architectures and practical experience with containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code (IaC), security, observability and performance analysis Safe handling of modern version management, build and CI/CD technologies Customer-oriented appearance, structured communication and strong consulting competence ITIL knowledge, especially in incident, problem and change management, are a plus point German knowledge of at least B2 level in word and writing
