Proactive identification and initiation of new business opportunities for hyperscalers, colocation providers, project developers and EPC companies Building and maintaining resilient relationships with central decision-makers and opinion-makers in the data center environment Development of early engagement strategies to position themselves early in coming projects Analysis of stakeholders, tracking of project pipelines and creating transparency about emerging opportunities Initiation and management of commercial discussions in close cooperation with internal areas of expertise to develop suitable solutions Regular international travel activities within Europe for the care and development of customer relationships, participation in meetings, project discussions and industry events as well as active market and project development on site Presentation at industry events, trade fairs and customer appointments to further expand market presence

Detectable experience in business development, project launch or sales-related commercial roles Funded understanding of the data center ecosystem (hyperscaler, colocation provider, developer, EPCs) and the development and development of corresponding projects German and English skills Impressed ability to identify business opportunities early and establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers Very good commercial understanding and experience in dealing with complex, consulting-intensive sales processes Excellent communication, network and stakeholders management skills Experience in water or wastewater treatment is advantageous, especially in industrial or safety-critical environments
