Strategic development of the field of robotics in the field of innovation, including an independent set-up of a company-wide robotics roadmap and coordination with the digitization and IT strategy with a focus on maintenance and resilience Identification, assessment and prioritization of robotics-use-cases as well as structured preparation of the transfer to the control operation (including resource, role and process planning with business IT and operation) Controlling external service providers and ensuring quality, costs and appointments in projects Definition of standards, processes and operating concepts for company-wide robotics, taking into account security, compliance and architecture requirements

successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable discipline multiannual professional experience in an interface between business and IT (e.g. project management, consulting, process or technology consulting), ideally related to maintenance, resilience for critical infrastructure or robotics good understanding of robotics and automation solutions and their integration into existing IT and operating landscapes well-founded experience in managing service providers as well as working with interdisciplinary teams and different stakeholders strong conceptual and strategic skills, high communication and moderation skills, and a self-responsible, proactive and high-release working
