Together with your object manager, you are responsible for ensuring the technically perfect condition of the objects In this case, you support your object manager in the area of planning and performing maintenance services as well as in the preparation of monthly reports on carried out activities (maintenance, repairs, acceptance tests, deficiencies and special events) In part, you also carry out independent inspections, maintenance, testing and repairs of building equipment Self-balancing of faults and optimization of operations in the objects as well as proactive repair and maintenance is also part of your task Creation of repair orders with material procurement and subsequent tracking

Technical training - recognized in Germany - e.g. as an electronic, electrician, plant mechanic HKLS, gas, water, ventilation or heating installation, industrial mechanic, mechatronic for refrigeration Ideally with training or training as a technician or master in the above-mentioned trades An advantage for this position is a professional experience of min. 2 years in similar function Very good knowledge of German in word and writing | min.
