• Recruting of executives, commercial and commercial employees: both in Germany and Managing Directors:
• Conception and application of effective sourcing strategies taking into account the personas
• Creating job advertisements and performing the operational selection process incl. Interview management, diagnostics, hearing of the works council and discussions
• Applicant Management in Success Factors Recruiting
• Advice and support of managers throughout the recruiting process
• Responsibility for global control and further development of the recruiting process
• Cooperation with personnel service providers
• Ensuring a positive Candidate Experience and Adjustment of Employer Brand
• Responsibility for further HR topics and projects, such as Employer Branding
• Observing and introducing the latest trends in the issues addressed

You bring it:

• Completed economic, social or spiritual studies
• Including professional experience in recruiting; In particular, management recruiting
• Good diagnostic skills desirable
