Judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and defence of damages, cash and other claims as well as related procedural control Self-determination of payment options, amount of payment, cash payments and monitoring of payment requests Initiation of criminal proceedings and the defence, care and control of fines and criminal proceedings Information and support of employees and their lawyers in civil, fine and criminal proceedings Information, support and training of the organizational units of the company and company trainers Initiation, defence and supervision of insolvency proceedings and related procedural control, settlement, payment monitoring and fraud prophylaxis Joint work planning according to respective procedures and work instructions (e.g. work and holiday planning)

Complete vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance with a focus on liability or motor vehicle damages or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in these training priorities Willingness to complete a 12-month internal training for damage processing for railway, tram and bus transport Good knowledge in all MS Office applications driving licence class B
