Clerk in the area of billing and energy data (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the procurement, clarification and cleaning of load data and gas factors for the production of invoices. You are comparing the transmitted consumptions and in case of disagreements, you are connected in writing or by telephone to the relevant department. You transfer master data changes to the respective interfaces. You correct the current and gas values to ensure that the quantities of electricity can be purchased correctly by the compartment. You take the error cleaning in the system to enable a correct accounting for our customers.

Ideally, you have a commercial training or relevant experience in the field work. You have profound knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as preferably in the SAP system. You are reliable, open-minded and like to work in the team. You work in a solution-oriented and independent manner. The satisfaction of our customers is your heart.
