You work in interdisciplinary construction project teams with different disciplines such as civil engineering, electrical engineering and civil engineering in various projects with You are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally mandated architecture and engineering offices and executive companies and have a look at the schedule, budget and cost You work in the selection and contracting of freelance workers and exporting firms with You provide planning services or partial planning services according to HOAI incl. Development of feasibility studies You work closely with project participants and support department management through your technical advice You work in the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services

You have a completed degree (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology, Building Technology/TGA, HKLS, Smart Building Engineering or a comparable technical field of engineering or a successful conclusion tothe state-tested technicianin or Completion as a master*in in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and at least six years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by means of work certificates) as well as participation in complementary continuing and continuing training (supplements must be added). Further requirements: Ideally you have a multi-year professional experience You have knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. HOAI, VOB, AHO, etc.) as well as corresponding real estate and business implementation Negotiating skills, safe occurrence and presentation skills complete your profile You can think cost-conscious, holistic and conceptual You have a high level of cooperation and communication skills as well as a strong team capability You are safe to use relevant Microsoft Office products You have the ability and willingness to guide a Service-Kfz You provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
