Control of the gastronome with regard to the implementation of the events taking into account the economic and qualitative objectives of the Koelnmesse Development and planning of event-related gastronomy concepts for all events with the gastronomics, the directors of the fairs and the Koelnmesse Eventdesign Continuous review and improvement of visitor and exhibitor supply to maintain a market-oriented positioning of the Koelnmesse Coordination and operational preparation of hall gastronomy in close cooperation with the gastronomics presence at trade fairs and events for the implementation and documentation of quality and hygiene checks for quality assurance and derivation of necessary measures to achieve the objectives

Training in the (system) gastronomy, hotel industry or event industry First experience in the control of gastronomy companies (preferably the trade fair gassing) High service and service orientation Ability to work independently as well as teamwork Impressive ability to work quickly into new topics Ready-to-use also on weekends and holidays and flexibility in the design of working hours in the early and afternoons Computer identifiers (MS Office) Good English knowledge of word and writing
