Assessment and optimisation of buildings and construction facilities under legal and economic considerations Planning, control and implementation of multi-site new and remodeling projects (e.g. hangars, production sites, supply systems) Development and coordination of modernisation measures taking into account cost, time and quality objectives Development and implementation of maintenance and maintenance concepts for construction plants Technical advice and support for production areas and equipment planners in structural measures Implementation of cost-effectiveness analyses and creation of project orders and approval templates

Complete studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, civil engineering or comparable discipline Multiannual experience in managing and implementing complex construction projects Knowledge of the relevant legal regulations (e.g. HOAI, AHO, Construction Law) and business understanding Continuous continuing vocational training Flexibility for domestic and foreign operations German knowledge and good English skills
