Tasks with perspectives

You support the Video Consulting and Digital Signature team in the analysis and evaluation of usage and process data and prepare the results structured for internal decision-making processes as well as external service providers. Start structured evaluations and reports, especially in Excel, and communicate relevant results via the ITSM ticket system. You check and update product lifecycle information from participating banks and make sure that loadable data is the basis for professional decisions. You are involved in the optimization, quality assurance and documentation of development, service and support processes, including regression tests and coordination with different stakeholders. You identify potential for improvement in existing processes (e.g. in SRM+, Jira, Confluence or ITSM) and actively contribute to agile formats such as Dailys, Refinements, Plannings and Reviews

Personality with profile

You are studying (economic) informatics, data science, business management or a comparable discipline and have completed at least three completed semesters of your Bachelor's degree. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, as well as a basic understanding of data structures and process logic. You bring a high IT affinity and want to further develop into tools like Jira, Confluence, ITSM or aqua; first experiences are of advantage. You work analytically, carefully and structured, identify relationships and introduce your own ideas for process optimization. You are strong in communication, team-oriented and are happy to work both virtually and locally at our location in Karlsruhe.
