Procedural support of the insolvency administrator in the settlement of regulatory insolvency proceedings and the administrator in the case of self-management proceedings and support of the restructuring officer in restructuring proceedings (StaRUG) Coordination of the exchange of information between the parties involved in insolvency proceedings and independent management of correspondence Self-working of all relevant processes for restructuring and settlement of corporate insolves Preparation of the correspondence with the insolvency court (representation of opinions and expert reports) Support of creditors

You work in a dedicated team in the Emergency Room of the German economy Quick conception, fun in team work, engagement in crisis situations are your job! You preferably have an industrial training, like Dipl. -Economics lawyer, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on economic law; Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration, Dipl. -Kaufmann, or also a commercial training Ideally, professional experience in insolvency administration, cross-release or career starters are also welcome! independent and structured work, safe occurrence Safe handling of Microsoft Office, tendency to work with computers driving licence class B
