Product Management for the Mittelstand segment - Development of new and further development of existing products in Matrix processes Monitoring of products in terms of topicality, legal effectiveness, profitability and adaptation needs Internal and external training Participation in the further development of drawing guidelines and powers Underwriting of particularly complex risks Testing and negotiating brokerships

Completed studies preferably with a legal/economic background or comparable qualification Very good liability knowledge in the industrial and commercial sectors High service awareness Embossed project management and coordination competence, in particular for controlling complex topics in a matrix organization High analytical competence for evaluating and interpreting portfolio data and for deriving sound recommendations Ability to develop and implement portfolio strategies taking into account market requirements, drawing policy, profitability targets and operational implementation conditions Great interest in new topics Creativity, initiative and organizational talent Secure appearance and negotiation skills Team and communication skills Own-sponsored and result-oriented working methods and entrepreneurial thinking and action Standing for lectures and travels
