In our growing area of 'Project Management Services', they are responsible for the professional management of the scheduling team. Developing and maintaining work instructions, best practices, reports and tools for standardization in the field of scheduling/termination Training of junior terminal planners and training concepts Responsible for the scheduling strategy and scheduling requirements in projects Active design and continuous improvement with other experts from the Project Management Services department to ensure integrated project management methods and digitization of processes Takeover of scheduling projects with active follow-up of the usual criteria, such as project reports, opportunities/risks, progress control, deviation analysis and countermeasures

Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable training More than seven years of professional experience in scheduling complex projects in the field of energy, industry, oil & gas and infrastructure Motivated team player with willingness to take responsibility Communication strength and persuasive power Experiences in cooperation in a PMO team and first experience as a team lead or project manager very beneficial Secure handling of the scheduling tools Primavera P6 and MS Project is assumed, knowledge in Power BI is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English
