You update and provide monthly key figures (e.g. distribution, utilisation of children and staff, care hours, staff keys, employee numbers, rental overviews) You prepare monthly demarcations, including for operational grants, personnel costs, special payments and holiday provisions You work with and analyze budget planning and financial forecasts as well as prepare deviations You support the evaluation of actual/target deviations on account and cost center levels You’re using municipal operating cost final accounts You update Kita price lists in Excel and Kita software You carry out ad hoc analyses, such as outcome analyses per region or forecasts for changes in municipal funding programmes

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You bring good to very good mathematics knowledge with (school grade at least 2) You have very good Excel skills and a high IT affinity, ideally with interest in data analytics or business intelligence You speak German and English fluently in word and writing You think analytic, work structured and enjoy dealing with numbers You are reliable, responsible and team-ready Career prospects: If you have successfully passed the final exam, you have the opportunity to take over with numerous development possibilities
