Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Stuttgart As a field service technician (w/m/div.) you are responsible for the service assignment of robotics systems in the intralogistics environment incl. commissioning, elimination of faults and repair at the customer's premises. You take over the planning, preparation and execution of technical check-ups and maintenance at our customers incl. Security checks of the systems. In addition, you’ve evaluated the installation and programming in order to show the customer improvements. You act as the first contact person: for the customer in the service case and provide remote support in the helpdesk and in the call readiness. Using structured analysis of the existing software, you provide feedback on the further development of our software. You take customer training as well as training of the worldwide service community in the fields of application and operational care of our products. The place is limited until 30.09.2026.

Education: Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, technical computer science, automation technology or mechatronics or comparable training with further qualification as technician Personality: High customer orientation, self-initiative and team capacity Working methods: Structured and independent working methods, high degree of self-responsibility and solution orientation experience and know-how: multi-year professional experience in programming and application in the field of automation and robotics; experience in the use and installation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IT systems; Basic knowledge in intralogistics for optimising material supply Qualification: Good knowledge of control technology - PLC programming, as well as LAN, WLAN in the automation environment, ideally knowledge of NodeJS and Docker as well as Linux skills desirable Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Mobility: readiness to travel in Germany and abroad (approximately 80%)
