As Product Manager (m/w/d), you are actively promoting the development of an international product portfolio. Your focus is on transferring successful products to other markets, starting with the rollout to Denmark, and developing a globally consistent offer. In a cross-functional squad, you work together agilely and profit from a working method that promotes fast learning, iteration and sustainable customer benefits. Customer centering from the beginning: Together with our Customer Insights team, you are systematically going to the needs of our customers. You conduct commercial product and performance components, test them early and develop solutions with real added value From idea to business model: You develop product concepts further, transfer them into sustainable business models and start up resilient business cases that you also convince management Product vision & strategy: You are responsible for the product vision and strategy of your area and continuously develop it in line with corporate goals and market opportunities Implementation & Go to Market: You control focused implementation and work closely with marketing and sales of target markets to successfully establish products Data-based development: You use KPIs, customer feedback and usage data to make informed decisions and customize and develop products to market needs Part of a strong product community: In the Product Management Chapter, you contribute your expertise and actively shape the further development of product management

You have completed your studies, e.g. in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject area Multiannual experience in product management, ideally in the context of subscriptive products Analytical work makes you happy, and decisions you like to meet based on data and sound insights Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense of economic relations characterize you With your communication strength, you can take different stakeholders, even across borders, A pragmatic and structured way of working is to effectively implement themes Very good English and good German knowledge in word and writing as well as the willingness to occasional business trips complete your profile
