Customer Service Technician - Heat Pump / Diagnostics / Maintenance (m/f/d)

You enter modern heating systems (from classic gas heating to the pioneering Nibe heat pump) as well as sanitary installations You carry out diagnostics, eliminate disturbances and perform professional repairs directly with the customer. You carry out regular inspections and make sure that our customers’ facilities run efficiently and safely You work with digital tools for order processing and use high-end equipment for leakage tracking You are the first contact person on site, advises our customers competently and ensures true enthusiasm through top service

Qualification: Complete training as a plant mechanic for SHK, electronics for energy and building technology or a comparable qualification. Expertise: Experience in the maintenance and repair of modern heating systems (ideally heat pumps, gas/oil) as well as knowledge in leak detection or sanitary installation. Solution orientation: You love technical challenges and find the right solution for complex errors. Customer focus: A friendly appearance and a clean way of working are of course for you. You have a valid class B license.
