Calculator for demanding turnkey construction projects (m/f/d)

You calculate challenging construction and turnkey construction projects and thus contribute decisively to what projects are being implemented at Mainka You check tender documents, evaluate customer requests and provide the management recommendations for forward-looking projects You will be introducing yourself into partnership models such as IPA (integrated project management) and MPP (Mainka project partnering), actively participate in the project strategy, and perform a team that supports you as a project calculator (m/w/d). You are the first contact person for our customers during the offer phase, including customers from the international environment who realize projects in Germany You develop variants and special suggestions together with work preparation and project management that create real added value You conduct the short-term costing talk, conduct the negotiations together with the management or department management and examine contracts with regard to services, contract facilities and commercial aspects: Your work forms the basis for a clear and successful project start

You have a civil engineering degree or a comparable technical qualification and want to use your expertise where it truly develops effect You bring several years of experience in costing and understand the practice transfer from the execution and your sense of economy is more than just a numerical understanding You work safely with a costing software, ideally RIB iTWO as well as with the MS Office package, especially Excel You are happy to penetrate complex processes, prepare decisions and bring clarity into variants You communicate openly and work in partnership You are flexible, customer-oriented and motivated to participate in challenging projects
