As a strategic buyer/strategic buyer, you are responsible for the entire cycle of procurement procedures for infrastructure building management (IGM): In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you will analyse and plan the procurement needs and provide an overview of the associated procurement market and its development. Qualification: You have completed university studies (Bachelor/ Diploma [FH]) in the fields of business, real estate management, financial management or comparable qualifications (e.g. a further education on the real estate specialist (IHK), audited economic professional (IHK) or master*in the building cleaning craft). Competences: You contribute professional experience in strategic purchasing of services or are able to develop/ derive accurate tender documents from the requirements of the specialist areas. You have already gained practical experience in creating or calculating performance descriptions/directories. You have knowledge of the application of the procurement law; Otherwise, we will be happy to assist you in taking up this short term. You are versed in dealing with common office applications in Microsoft Office (excel, Word). Other: You are convinced with your careful, structured and self-responsible way of working.
