As an economic centre of the Nordschwarzwald region, the city of Pforzheim is one of the most important economic sites in Baden-Württemberg. With around 133,000 inhabitants, the city, known as a jewel and gold city, plans and manages a wide range of projects. The area of responsibility of the building management includes, inter alia, the maintenance of the building function, the commissioning and control of external planning offices, as well as service providers, ensuring compliance with operator requirements and the optimal management of the buildings over their entire life cycle. This makes building management a significant contribution to urban building culture.

At the next possible time we are looking for the building management 

qualified masters (W/M/D)

We offer you a versatile, interesting and unlimited full-time employment. If the technical and personal requirements are present, a grouping up to 6 TVöD is possible.

• Monitoring and operation of building technology in municipal councils and administrative buildings
• Monitoring and monitoring of the services commissioned (including cleaning) and monitoring of maintenance contracts
• Care of events in the town hall and marketplace area (partly also outside regular working hours)
• Implementation of small maintenance and repair work on buildings and outdoor facilities
• Communication and cooperation with different user groups

• a completed vocational training in the field of technical crafts, preferably in the occupational groups of electrical, heating, sanitary or metal
• an independent way of working, organizational talent, sense of responsibility, reliability, team capacity, resilience and friendly appearance
• high flexibility in working time (residential residence in the vicinity of Pforzheim)
• Class 3 or B (required due to readiness)
• Basic IT (MS-Office)
