Your role In this position, you contribute significantly to ensuring a high level of protection for our employees and strategically developing occupational safety.

Your tasks include: as an adviser for skilled workers: women, executives and managing directors: to be active on all issues relating to the safety design of jobs, workflows and the use of resources and hazardous materials

fulfill all tasks of a specialist in occupational safety according to § 6 ASiG

develop and promote job security as an important part of corporate culture (e.g. through feedback culture and leadership awareness)

Impetus to the continuous, strategic development of occupational health and safety and to implement sustainable measures together with stakeholders

act as a key user for the work protection management software Quentic used, and advise and support managers in the creation, documentation and follow-up of work-related topics (e.g. risk assessments, safety instructions)

support the organisation of emergency exercises and internal knowledge transfer

plan, perform and document internal audits according to ISO 45001

contribute to the creation and establishment of national and international standards in occupational safety

a study of safety technology, safety and danger prevention or a comparable technical study with the additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety

ideally an additional qualification to the fire protection officer and/or training to the internal auditor in accordance with ISO 19011 with additional qualification in accordance with ISO 45001 or the willingness to further train

3 – 5 years of professional experience in the field of occupational health and safety

an independent and reliable way of working as well as experience in consulting professionals and managers

a safe handling of the common IT tools (MS Office, etc.), ideally experience with the software Quentic - very good German and English knowledge
