We are looking for a training coordinator (m/w/d) Spezialtiefbau for our location in Raunheim near Frankfurt.

Design and manage the training in the field of specialisation – from strategic development to operational implementation Conduct, develop and accompany our trainers and trainees and actively promote their performance, motivation and professional development Drive the recruiting process forward in close cooperation with HR and win the matching young talents – from job description to selection Network and coordinate all internal and external partners (submissions, construction sites, HR, management and IHK/HWK and educational partners) and ensure smooth processes Secure and increase the quality of training in a sustainable manner and ensure compliance with all relevant standards, processes and legal requirements

Ideally completed training as a polish/master or studies in civil engineering with practical construction site experience Cross-catchers are welcome Knowledge of special depth construction is advantageous Ideally trainer certificate (AEVO) Experience in cooperation with trainees Impressed communication strength and organisational and enforcement capacity Safe handling of MS Office Readiness to travel and joy in cross-site cooperation Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
