Head Kita: You take the pedagogical, organizational and personal leadership of our bilingual kita and ensure a smooth everyday life. Team Leader: You lead, motivate and develop the pedagogical team and create a valuable and open working atmosphere. Living bilingualism: You make sure that our bilingual concept is lived in everyday life and that the English language is naturally integrated into everyday teaching. Ensure pedagogical quality: You develop our educational standards and ensure a loving, child-friendly and high-quality care. Children at the centre: You have the individual development and the needs of the children in mind and support the team in implementing suitable support measures. U3 and Ü3 accompany you: you look at the educational work with children of different ages and support the teams in the age-appropriate design of the Kita everyday. Making parent work: You are a trusted representative for parents, conduct development talks and address issues with a solution-oriented and value-adding approach. Take over the organization: You are responsible for the deployment and personnel planning, coordinate operations and ensure a reliable Kita operation. Promote quality development: you recognize development potential, initiate improvements and actively shape change processes. Working in the team: You work closely with the pedagogical professionals, administration and the institution. Kita represent: You represent Kita to parents, cooperation partners, authorities and other external contacts. Promoting international culture: You create an open, international and value-adding atmosphere with your team, where cultural diversity is naturally lived.

Educational qualification: You have completed training as an educator, an educational degree or a comparable recognized qualification, and ideally a recognition of your international degree. Management experience: You bring multi-year educational experience and ideally already experience in a management or deputy management function. English as a strength: You have very good English skills in at least C1. Management competence: You realize clearly, value-adding and binding and understand how to motivate and develop employees. Organizational talent: You work structured, reliable and keep an overview even in a variety of tasks. Educational competence: You enjoy working with children and feel good for their individual needs and development processes. Communication strength: You communicate safely and with children, parents, employees and external partners. Open to new things: you encounter new educational concepts, digital tools and international impulses with openness and curiosity. Design joy: You want to actively develop our kita and introduce your own ideas and impulses. Team spirit: You like to work in the team and create different perspectives.
