The assembly in Neu-Ulm is the heart of the bus production. Complex manufacturing processes are implemented with high precision to ensure premium quality. The area is characterized by a close interconnection of technology, organization and continuous process optimization. Process and plant optimization Analysis and continuous improvement of production processes and plants in terms of quality, costs and output.

Development of new, future-oriented concepts in cooperation with planning, logistics and maintenance.

Two. Project Management and Digitization Head of multi-function and location projects focusing on process optimization, quality and digitalization.

Initiation and implementation of digitalization strategies and further development of IT systems (e.g. as a product owner).

3. Safety and Compliance Ensuring compliance with statutory and operational requirements (work protection, environmental protection, quality standards).

Creation and training of work instructions and process descriptions.

4. Technical support and training Support in complex incidents and plant inspections. Organisation and implementation of training and instruction for employees.

Five. Cost and quality management Monitoring of key figures, budget control and continuous improvement.
