You conduct and manage (partial) projects with a focus on the time economy and take over communication and coordination with all project and process participants. You are the contact person for the internal HR departments, IT and other relevant interfaces. The basis for this is the acquisition, analysis, development and optimization of the time management processes using SAP HCM and adjacent systems in cooperation with Payroll and IT. As Business Process Expert (m/w/d) Zeitwirtschaft, you represent the topic in the HCM Business Solution and are contact persons in the daily operation (requirements, further developments, disruptions, tickets, prioritization). In addition, you are a key partner for the key users of the time economy and ensure the coordination and qualification of the local time management officers. You will start training documents/documentations and carry out training, workshops and coaching for end users of the SAP HCM.

Ideally, you have a completed study of business management, business informatics or comparable qualifications and relevant professional experience with HR processes and their mapping in personnel systems. In addition to experienced knowledge in SAP HCM and MS Office, you will bring practical experience with the introduction of a time economy in commercial personnel. Ideally, you have already gained experience in transformation/digitalization projects in companies with group structure. You have a self-confident appearance, bringing the necessary communication strength and persuasiveness, as well as the willingness to travel. You are entitled to a high degree of self-responsibility and service orientation. In addition to fluent German skills, you can express yourself well in English in word and writing.
