Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) As Finance Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for accounting and reporting in Munich, optimizing processes, ensuring data quality, leading a small team and working internationally in the Finance team. You are responsible for the accounting and relevant reporting of EMS Munich with a steady focus on the optimization and further development of the existing processes Evaluation of financial data and overview of cash flows Examination and recommendation of adjustments to accounting systems and processes Conducting demanding accounting tasks Compilation of annual accounts and support in preparing the annual audit

Responsible for ensuring data quality analysis and elimination of identified inconsistencies in accounting and control deviations from the audit

Support for daily business accounting Support for tax issues (indirect and direct taxes) and statistical returns (VAT, income tax, etc.) Statistical reports (e.g. K4, Z4 and Intrastat) Coordination and professional management of a 3-member team (debitor and creditor accounting) International cooperation in the finance team

Multiannual Experience as Account Holder (m/w/d) / Senior Accountant (m/w/d), according to HGB, or ideally a comparable training, e.g. Understanding the accounting principles and the process of financial accounting. Accuracy, understanding of figures and burdensome tax knowledge we require You always keep an overview, work focused and timely Experience in handling an ERP system Your work is independent, proactive and careful A high degree of reliability is of course for you You have the ability to work independently as well as in the team in a constantly evolving international working environment. You show a strong team capability, a hands-on mentality and high communication skills You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
