The area of organization and information technology supports in all KSC's organizational, processual and IT issues, optimizes the work processes – mainly IT-supported – within the department and continuously adapts them to changing technical and technical conditions. The focus is on customer orientation. The information technology subarea bundles all the technical requirements of the department and acts as a link to the central IT department of the DRV Bund, which is responsible for the technical implementation.
