Regression specialist (d/w/m) Munich, Bavaria, Germany; Berlin, Berlin, Germany; Saarbrücken, Saarland, Germany

You evaluate complex cases of liability insurance. You examine, secure and enforce regression claims against third parties, in particular in the field of contract, construction and delicts law. You conduct out-of-court regressions and correspond to claimants, lawyers, liability insurers, customers, etc. You pursue claims sustainably taking into account the economic viability and corporate interests. You initiate judicial procedures to enforce the claims and accompany them. You advise and train internal specialist departments on legal issues of liability and regression. You observe the current case law and legislative changes in insurance and liability law.

Full jury with well-founded knowledge in general civil and liability law, ideally experience in building and architect law. Extensive understanding of technical and business relations. Analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented working. Safe, practical and structured written and oral expressiveness. Examination of internal and external contacts, negotiation security and enforcement. High level of responsibility and decision-making. Sensitivity and sensitivity in dealing with personal data subjects. Versified handling of common IT systems and openness for continuous development. Curiosity, detective spy and stubbornness.
