We are looking for a department management for the fruit & vegetables sector (m/w/d) for our new market in Fockbek.

Responsibility: You take the lead of the department of fruit and vegetables and make an appealing presentation of goods. assortment planning: You actively shape the range and take care of the ordering and care of the products. You will meet your decision taking into account relevant key figures. Placement of goods: You organize the sales areas and arrange for the correct placement and price award. Quality: You guarantee the quality and freshness of fruit and vegetable products. Stock of goods: You tax the stock of goods and ensure efficient storage and carry out independent inventory Leadership: You are a contact person:in your team and assists in organizing everyday work. Requirements: You are responsible for compliance with legal and operational regulations in your department.

Training: Your completed, commercial vocational training in food retailing or a comparable training (also cross-comers: we are very welcome)! Experience: You have ideally experience and extensive knowledge of fruit and vegetables and a good eye for product presentation and quality control.
