You will receive a well-founded training in all patent attorney's fields of activity. You have time to work in cases thoroughly and develop in exchange with our specialized lawyers. Translating technology into protective rights: Their focus is on patents and utility models. You work on applications and responses to audit decisions and correspond with colleagues abroad. Get to know multiple legal areas and procedures: You also deal with cases in brand and design law. As part of your training, you will be involved in opposition, nullity, erasure, opposition and action. In addition to patents, you will get insights into copyright and competition issues as well as into the design of contracts in industrial law. Direct client contact, team case processing and further training are key to your training. Flat hierarchies, personal cooperation and modern IT shape your everyday work.

You have a master's degree or a comparable degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, physics or electrical engineering. You inspire technology, capture complex relationships quickly and can clearly and precisely put them into words. You work carefully, targeted and forward-looking, have high quality standards and think analytically as entrepreneurial. You will be happy to learn to share with clients and want to develop into a competent contact person for their concerns. You bring their own initiative and team spirit and are ready to face challenging tasks and take responsibility.
