Specialist Claims & Insurance Management You are responsible for the handling of wagon and locomotive damage and are responsible for the efficient and transparent handling of damages. You check claims for damages and ensure their professional regulation or defence. You document all processes carefully and ensure complete traceability of the individual cases. You work closely with internal disciplines, tune the further procedure and develop suitable solutions for complex issues. You prepare damage cases for handing over to external lawyers and support legal processing. You start regular evaluations, analyze relevant key figures and conduct optimization potentials. You develop process instructions and actively contribute to standardization and further development of our processes.

You have a successfully completed commercial training in the field of transport or logistics. Alternatively, you have a completed training for the car master (m/w/d). Ideally, you are already bringing knowledge of damage management, transport law and railway and operational regulations. You have ideally gained first professional experience in Claims Management. Alternatively, you could acquire experience in the wagon management of a railway company, car owner or car rental company. Safe handling of the current MS Office applications is obvious to you. You communicate safely and addressably in German and English. Ideally, you have a well-founded knowledge in the AVV and apply the corresponding rules safely. You like to work in the team, convince by a cooperative way of working and communicate in challenging situations. A pronounced solution orientation, conflictability and sense of responsibility are yours. Analytical thinking, self-initiative and a structured and independent way of working round your profile
