The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the health care plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and apprenticeship hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients. For the clinic for children's and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy (director: Meike Bottlender), we are looking for a medical assistantn / doctor's secretaryin / health professionals in parttime with 23.4 hours a week. 54 beds are available in the clinic for the treatment of children and adolescents at 5 stations (parent child, school children, youth and psychosomatic areas) and 12 treatment sites in the daily clinic. The Institute's Office enables outpatient diagnosis and treatment of our patients. At the Karlsbad-Langensteinbach site, we operate a co-operated transition collective and supervise a therapeutic group of patients with Anorexia nervosa. We treat diseases from the entire spectrum of child and youth psychiatry (psychotherapeutic, pharmacological, apparatus). Psychotherapeutic approaches to behavioral therapeutic, deep-psychological and systemic approaches are used. Through close cooperation and a consil and liaison service with the other specialist clinics and institutes of the SKK, we can offer highly specific diagnostics and treatment.

You shall ensure the organisation and administration of the Clinical Secretariat in the team, within the framework of management reports (including according to Phonodiktat) as well as internal and external correspondence, ordering, appointment and service travel organization etc. You are responsible for the representation of the head physician's secretariat and, if necessary, assist in the clinic You create and maintain patient-relevant documents (e.g. recording and release reports, rehab applications, cost-carrying requests, recipes)

A training for medical professionals, doctoral assistants and Businesswoman Very good knowledge of German / English Professional experience in hospital secretariats or ambulances Knowledge of the medical-psychiatric nomenclature is advantageous Very good PC knowledge, safe handling of MS Office applications, ORBIS knowledge desirable Kindness and helpfulness in dealing with patients, their relatives and the team as well as safe peripheral shapes Basic knowledge GOÄ billing is advantageous
