Implementation, support and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors functions ''Performance & Goals'', the Job Profile Builder and the Talent Intelligence Hub Recording, analysis and implementation of requirements of process-driven HR areas Function as interface between HR, IT, process managers and external service providers Support for HR IT Roadmap and Global HR IT Projects Coordination of tests, releases, documentation and rollouts Implementation of 2nd and 3rd level support for HR services (ITIL)
