You always keep a cool head when securing an efficient office organization and managing the associated administrative and organizational tasks. You are in the middle – and you support the CIO in administrative, organizational and strategic tasks. You always have everything in mind – when unwinding the daily correspondence (e-mail, telephone, post-in and post-output). You are in demand when organizing appointments and business trips (travel planning, control and billing). Your eye will see everything - With your trained look for details, you will create targeted presentations, IT-related evaluations and support IT-Controlling topics. You act as a central interface between the IT team, specialist departments and external IT service providers – with an open ear and overview.

You bring a commercial training, an economic study or a comparable qualification – ideally related to the IT environment. You already have at least two years of professional experience in a comparable assistance position. You are fit in MS Office, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Basic technical understanding and interest in IT topics will help you get started. Your strengths include communication and organizational skills and a very good time management. You are a team player with a proactive and solution-oriented way of thinking.
