(Junior) Real Estate Risk Controller (full-time or part-time)

As a risk controller*in real estate, you become part of our team at the Hamburg location, which bundles all risk controlling tasks for the real estate process. Together with the team, you are responsible for risk quantification and reporting, making an important contribution to the ongoing quality of our real estate fund products! Your duties include: Implementation of the daily system-assisted system limit testing Creating comprehensive risk analyses to monitor individual risk types in our real estate funds and operational risk Conducting regular stress tests Monthly risk reporting for fund management Responsibility for fund management in matters relating to current risks and regulatory requirements in the real estate fund Further development of risk analysis and risk systems

You fit us and this exciting position when you bring: Complete study of economics or real estate sciences Ideally, first professional experience within the framework of internships in risk controlling or real estate IT affinity with good knowledge in Excel and enthusiasm for technical innovations – knowledge in Python, R or SQL are a plus!
