You are the central point of contact for complex, country-specific enquiries that enter through our TOPdesk service desk. You analyze error sources, fix bugs in the configuration and escalate the development (3rd level) if required. You are responsible for the administration of our Salesforce instance, focusing on Service Cloud and Field Service (Work Orders, Scheduling, Mobile App). You support the further development of Salesforce as part of Sprints. You are waiting for existing flow, user and role models, profiles, permission sets and adapting them to new requirements as part of our sprints. You participate in our sprints and work closely with the business analyst and release management to bring new features to production safely. You analyze professional requirements from the countries and translate them into feasible salesforce configurations and best practices. You accompany rollouts and go-lives in different countries, supported by cutover activities and secure Hypercare / post-go live support. You'll be in a comprehensible and comprehensible system and process documentation (configurations, guidelines, how-Tos, Known Issues). You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners and ensure compliance with standards, security requirements and governance. You identify optimization potentials, introduce proactive improvement suggestions and support the continuous development of our salesforce usage.
You have at least 3-4 years of practical experience as Salesforce Administrator (ideally in an international environment) – ideally supplemented by relevant certificates (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator). You have a good understanding of Salesforce platform functions and their applications – in particular configuration, automation and user/authorization management. You are safe in dealing with typical admin topics such as flow, service processes, reports & dashboards, data quality and release/deployment topics. You have very good German and English skills in word and writing and feel comfortable in an international setup.
