Your projects: You accompany new and remodeling projects from the outset and make sure that ideas become coherent sales areas. You support the planning and implementation and always keep the whole in mind, from the first sketch to the final handover. Your concepts: You develop segmentation and surface concepts that convince and keep thinking. For expansion and conversion projects of the P&C Group, you plan strategically, coordinate closely with all stakeholders and continuously develop existing concepts. Your implementation: You plan and coordinate shop-buildings as well as national and international shop rollouts. In addition, you plan, plan documents and project-related lists to keep an overview of them at any time. Your design: You will unleash new and remodeling projects until handover to the internal store design team and actively shape the sales areas of all national and international sales houses. Your ideas shape the appearance of our stores. Your collaboration: You work closely with internal and external interfaces and ensure clear communication. In addition, you carry out the annual area survey and evaluation for the P&C group, creating a sound basis for future decisions.

Your educational path: You have a successfully completed study of the (internal) architecture, an education in the field of construction drawing or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have first professional experience. Your expertise: You have the pleasure of developing drafts conceptually and developing them in detail to the presentation maturity. With MS Office as well as CAD and drawing programs like Nemetschek or AutoCAD, you are sure to implement and implement your ideas professionally.
