With around 400 colleagues, you will be part of the TECLAC Werner team and will work on innovative system solutions around the perfect coating of plastic parts. Conduct and coordination of the production processes upstream and downstream of the painting process (equipment, final inspection, reworking and packaging) in a department with approx. 100 employees:inside and 6 Direct Reports Further development of responsibility through digitization, introduction of new technologies and employee promotion Continuous monitoring and optimization of process quality in order to avoid fitting and packaging errors Continuous process improvement to increase productivity and quality assurance using relevant process optimization methods Processing of internal complaints including the implementation of emergency measures and the development of corrective and corrective measures Development of short-, medium- and long-term planning within the framework of budget planning and cost center responsibility

Successfully completed technical studies or alternatively completed technical training with corresponding further training Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the production environment, ideally in the surface business Process knowledge according to VDA and understanding of the standards and regulations in the automotive industry Knowledge of value creation processes and process optimization methods, such as Kaizen, KVP, Lean Management, etc. Structured mode of operation, communication and leadership as well as enforcement capability desired Good English knowledge of word and writing
