Your tasks Together with us, drive forward the transformation of the commercial vehicle industry into the digital world. As a trainee you get deep insights into various areas of the MAN Truck & Bus company and the TRATON Group. We are a large group of companies active on all continents. This means many interfaces you will work with. With your ideas, you will advance our truck program of the future. Your home area ''Lackierte Karosse'' is responsible for the areas of body construction and painting for the entire truck production of MAN Truck & Bus SE. We are a highly automated, complex and technologically demanding production area. In addition to operational production, our expertise is in the field of technology, planning and maintenance. We work cross-functionally and internationally with our interface partners at MAN and in the TRATON group. For an economic production of our products, the continuous renewal (optimization) of our plants and processes is a key success factor. In the future fields of automation, digitalization and sustainability, we take a leading role in the Group. Your qualification You score with an excellently completed technical degree (Master/Diplom) in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable. Ideally, you have placed your focus on production, automation or digitization. A variety of practical experience through industrial internships or student work has brought you an enthusiasm for production. You have strengthened your intercultural competence through at least 3 months of experience abroad. You show an above-average performance orientation and analytical capability. Your stand-alone, creative and dedicated way of working is yours. As a team player, you have a high motivation and willingness to learn about personal development in an international working environment. You are passionate about innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry. Language skills in German and English complete your profile.
