For the region of Thuringia / Saxony / Saxony-Anhalt we are looking for an application specialist for the field of histology / immunohistochemistry (w/m/d)

You maintain a proactive, close contact with our customers in the private laboratory or hospital and are the first contact person for all application-specific questions As part of our dedicated team, you provide customer support on site in the application of our products and provide assistance in the adaptation and adjustment of protocols to specific customer requests and carry out customer training in democracies and installations independently. They work closely connected with sales and service and support colleagues in customer consulting, e.g. in device procurement and plan joint initiatives to achieve strategic and tactical business goals During your customer visits, you create visibility of the LBS product portfolio through active product information and testing of reagents and consumables and thus help to expand our market share Participation in trade fairs and congresses

You have a completed training for MTA/BTA/CTA or a natural science degree They have several years of practical experience in the implementation and application of histological/immunhistochemical methods and products, ideally in diagnostics or in medical technology distribution driving licence class B High readiness to travel within your regional jurisdiction Very good German and good English knowledge It would be advantageous if you already have experience in the following areas: Self-organisation and high self-initiative High communication and team skills, a safe occurrence to customers as well as a service-oriented operation
