Contact person for executives and employees in all operational personnel topics along the Employee Life Cycles Organisation and implementation of the entire recruitment process, implementation of all measures from tendering, onboarding to the exit of a staff member Implementation of operational integration management Support for HR Business Partner and HR Manager Constructive and trusting cooperation with the employee representation Accompanying special topics related to the design of HR work and related processes

Successfully completed studies in human resources management, human resource management or in a similar field or a comparable qualification as a vocational training with corresponding professional further qualification, e.g.: to the personnel specialist:in Professional experience in personnel management of a medium-sized company or group with a mixture of commercial and commercial employees and experience in cooperation with co-determination bodies Knowledge of labour law issues and interest in dealing with complex collective bargaining structures High level of self-initiative and service orientation combined with independent structured work Strength of opinion, positive transmission, persuasion and collegial hands-on mentality
